As a local chapter of the International MOMS Club®, we perform at least one main community service project each year aimed at helping children and families in our community, however, we often participate in several smaller fundraisers and service projects throughout our year (July-June).
For our 2021 fiscal year, we were proudly able to donate $860 to Waypoint of Cedar Rapids!
Waypoint is a local non-profit that focuses on helping individuals in our community that are experiencing poverty, domestic violence, homelessness and needing childcare assistance. They also help those who are impacted by a loss through a homicide, vehicular homicide, or a violent felony crime. We are glad to offer them any support that we can so they can continue their amazing work! For more info check out their website here.

MOMS Club® of Cedar Rapids also aims to do smaller projects to help our community. So far for our 2022 year we have:
Donated 16 handmade tug toys using recycled materials to Cedar Valley Humane Society
During November, we had a feminine care drive for the local non-profit-Catherine McCauley Center. We were able to donate over 800 products for the women they serve!
In December, we chose a local family to sponsor for the Christmas holiday. We were able to fulfill a whole Christmas list for a single mom and her two boys. Checking off quite a few household needs and made sure the kids had presents to open under their tree Christmas Day!
We were also able to donate $30 to our own Mother to Mother Fund within 2022
Our Mother to Mother Fund is our only official MOMS Club® International Charity. All of the funds raised for this are used for any devastating financial or natural disasters that our own MOMS Club® members experience.
